All Students: 3:15 PM - 3:35 PM
ACS campus will open at 2:45 PM for carpool staging. Students not picked-up by 3:40 PM will be signed in to Homework Club. Charges apply.
CARPOOL NUMBERS
Each family is assigned a carpool number, which must be displayed by hanging it from the rearview mirror. A carpool assistant will enter your number via computer and your child(ren) will come out to your vehicle. Please stay in the carpool line and pull forward as far as you can in the “U” following the direction of the Assistants on duty. Stay in your vehicle at all times.
INDOOR CARPOOL DISMISSAL Parent Indoor Carpool Procedures
In the event dismissal cannot take place outside the building due to weather or security, inclement weather procedures will be used to release students to parents. Parents will be notified of Indoor Carpool Dismissal via an email blast and/or the Blue Flag being raised on the flagpole in front of the school. When possible, parents will be notified by 2:45 p.m. Vehicles cannot occupy reserved spaces or the fire lane without proper authorization.
