Elementary Teacher 5th Grade
Elementary teachers teach students in grades K-6, create a safe learning environment where each child excels, implement rigorous and highly engaging standards-based instruction, collaborate with other faculty in the delivery of appropriate instructional approaches to serve the various learning styles and needs of all students.

Instructional Assistant

The Instructional Assistant at Academy Charter School is responsible for supporting classroom teachers with small group instruction, behavior management, and clerical tasks and serve our students by helping with carpool and supervising the lunchroom and playground during recess.
Daytime Custodian
The Daytime Custodian at Academy Charter School is responsible for the maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep of the buildings and grounds including classrooms, common areas, and playfields, to promote good community relations among staff, students and their families, and other community members.  

Homeschool Teacher

Academy Charter Homeschool teaches K-8 grade students enriching and motivating Science, Spanish, or Elective classes for students at our Castle Rock, Parker, and/or Lone Tree locations.

Academy Charter School offers salaries on a market-based pay system.  Our compensation package is comprised of salary and benefits that include paid time off, employer contributions to PERA as well as 100% coverage for employee-only health, dental, and vision insurance, short-term and long-term disability, and term life insurance.  Salary and benefits are allocated based on FTE employment.
