Every month we have the opportunity to feed our fantastic teachers! To show our appreciation to them we bring in breakfast the last Friday of the month. We also provide a luncheon for them twice a year around conference times.

October’s teacher dinner/luncheon was a success! Thanks to the following who helped out tremendously with delicious food and helping me set up and clean up!
Nikki Schauerhammer, Kassie Smith, Lori DeBerard, Sheryl Walker, Deanna Schmidt, Shalea Hardison, Staci Searle, Cori Ruth, Kim Pearson, Kendra Lane, Carrie Herren, Annette Mulholland, Sheri Sholz, Lisa Nicholadus, Amy Couldron, Cindy Solomon, Kathleen Gould, Patty Bennick, Cali Hanson, Jill Gensler, Mary Keller, Kelli Helzer, Diane Ampe, Gina Ordunez.
The teachers and staff really enjoyed being taken care of those two days.

Thanks for your help.

Don’t forget to check out the teacher “Wish Lists” located on the ACS website. This is a great way to support the teachers and departments for the extra needs and wants that make the teachers jobs easier and more creative, and ultimately make our students learning experience even more fun.

ACS NEEDS YOU! If you have your own business or work for a large corporation, ACS needs you. We need your support in any and all areas. Many corporations have the ability to match donations or make donations, and you might not even know it. Sometimes all it takes is you proving you are volunteering and your company can donate to your school. We need you to go to your Human Resources Department or your boss and ask them how that company can give back to your school. Tell us what we can do to facilitate the donation, and we will do all we can to assist your business. We can provide any documentation needed for a tax write-off. Please contact us and let us know how you and your company can help ACS.

TEE SHIRT ORDERS - Tee shirt orders are anticipated to be received from the distributor this week or early next week.

Sport and Skate on 5th and Jerry St. is selling ACS hoodies for $23 each ($7 will go to the school for each sold.) Help support ACS and show your spirit at the same time!

MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS

If you think cutting out box tops is not something you want to take the time to do... think again! You could be the hero of your classroom. That's right, 3 times this school year, one lucky middle school student's name will be chosen from a drawing made up of middle school students who have
contributed the most box tops each month. So be sure you cut out those box tops and write your name and grade on them or place them in a baggie with your name and grade. If you are the lucky person drawn you will be responsible for your classroom enjoying a pizza party.

So far, the following names will be placed in the drawing for a pizza party for their class:

Maddy Amiot Culley McNeil
Buddy Schnauel Brandon Ellis
Nolan Gould Wacey Connor
Bill Kakenmaster Brennan Lynk
Skylar Nelson Sarah Stark
Casey Marsh
