Mark your calendars for March 16th, March 17th,
March 20th and March 21st! Classroom baskets
will be on display for bidding on these days. Please
check your Friday Folders for reminders of this exciting
event. Attend the March 21st PTO General Meeting and
continue bidding until 6:30pm, when the bidding will
end and the PTO Meeting will begin. After the meeting,
basket winners will be announced, but you do not have
to be present to win!
REMEMBER, the PTO will add surprise gifts to 4-5
random baskets, as an added incentive. So, let the bidding
begin! Please contact your classroom coordinators
if you have any questions about your class basket.
If you can volunteer during the displaying and bidding
of the baskets, please contact Julie Harkin at 303-663-4839
or toddpaco@aol.com

Mark your calendars for the THIRD THURSDAY of every month
for Chick-fil-A Restaurant Days. Feb. 16, Mar. 16, Apr.
20, and May 18
You can stop by the Chick-fil-A on Founders
Parkway ANY TIME (breakfast, lunch or dinner) and tell
them you are
with Academy Charter School. Drive-thru is fine too.
Best of all, this year they are offering more generous
splits
above the standard 10% based on the ACS generated sales
that day. Please take advantage of this easy fundraiser
to help the school, enjoy some good food and friends,
and hopefully make your life easier as well.
Reminders will be sent home in the Friday folder the
week before and in the various newsletters and emails.
There
will be one more big Restaurant Night before the end
of the year as well.

Starting February 10 and running through February 24,
ACS-PTO will be fundraising with Believe Spring Catalogue
items, and Festival of Foods. With this schedule, all ordered
items will be received before Spring Break.

February. If you can help, please contact Jackie Radcliffe
