We are looking for raffle items for our spring event!! In
a perfect world, three of you parents would have two new
cars and a motorcycle to donate, as well as a couple of trips
to Aspen and the Alps!! Seriously though, if anyone has any
items they can obtain that would bring in money for the school
in a raffle, please contact Misty O’Leary at 303-688-6631.
We need to start this process immeadiately, in order to register
raffle items with the state in time.
The PTO is looking for a games manager to oversee any raffle
we hold during a fundraising event. The games manager makes
sure the school is in compliance with state regulations when
holding a raffle. This position requires attending a class,
either Saturday morning January, 7 OR Saturday afternoon
January 14, 2006, and being familiar with state requirements
for printing tickets, purchasing and reporting raffle items
to the state, and making sure the process followed during
the raffle is according to law. The term is for four years.

Today, Thursday, December 15, is Chick-Fil-A day! All day
long, they will donate 10% of sales to ACS, breakfast, lunch,
and dinner!! So dig in and eat hearty!!!
