Have a “GREAT” Spring
Break from the PTO

Last General PTO Meeting is scheduled for May 10th @ 6pm. This
will be a voting meeting on the budget for next year as well as
election of new officers. All parents & staff are encouraged
to attend. If you are interested in being on the Board next year,
please contact a current PTO member for details.

Thank you to all the parents who helped with the Teacher/Staff
Luncheon. It was a huge success! Thank you to Julie Benzel, Jena

‘A Caribbean Soiree’ SILENT AUCTION!
Date: April 30th, 2005

Band: our own Bill Flynn with the Shades
Donation forms still available at the front desk! DONATIONS WILL
BE ACCEPTED UNTIL APRIL 15TH. Please call Kristi Cal for contacts
to follow up with or for new contacts.
If you are going somewhere over Spring Break, why not take a few
Auction Donor Forms with you. Many resorts and restaurants will
welcome the opportunity to donate/advertise their business.

Do you have free time during
the day to help with decorations for the auction? After Spring
Break, we will begin final preparations
for “A Caribbean Soiree”. Please contact Dolores @

INVITATIONS
Look for your invitation to “A Caribbean Soiree” in
the mail! Seating is limited, so get your tickets early. Raffle
tickets will go on sale prior to the night of the event.

After Spring Break, we will have two weeks left until the deadline
for classroom baskets and donation items. We are continuing to
try and get items up through April 15th.

Come in and see the tiki hut countdown in the front lobby after
Spring Break! While you are in, look up and see some of the items
that will be available at the auction. You can also view all of
the auction items on the ACS website.
