2004-05 PTO Meetings
All meetings are held in the Music Room
at 6:00pm.
Pizza, drinks, and dessert are provided prior to the meetings.

Last PTO Meeting: May 10th @ 6:00pm in the Music Room. We will
be voting on a budget for next year. The PTO needs your help
to continue the tradition of academic excellence through fundraising,
by volunteering to be on the Board. Fun, enlightening and rewarding!!
Thank you too all the parents that helped bake for the teacher/staff
breakfast. It was another success! Thank you to Cinzia Bale,
Kristen Chandler, Dana Jorgenson, Jena Stucky, Cori Ruth, Sara
Johnson, Victoria Richmond, Patty Sansom, Tammy, Kristen Williams
and Melissa Wallace. We appreciate your support! If you would
like to help with the teacher luncheon on the 17th and 18th of
March, please email Jodie Kaylor.
‘A Caribbean Soiree’ SILENT AUCTION!
Date: April 30th, 2005
Time: 4:00pm-Midnight
Place: Kirk Hall in the Douglas County Fairgrounds
Caterer: Todd with Heat of the Moment
Band: our own Bill Flynn with the Shades
There is still time left to gather donations! Most businesses
have a manager or community relations department which gives donations
to non-profit organization (ACS-PTO). Please ask to speak with
a manager in businesses you think might be able to help. Most are
happy to help with events that work towards the enrichment of children’s
education. Donation forms still available at the front desk! DONATIONS
WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL APRIL 15TH. Please call Kristi Cal for contacts
to follow up with or for new contacts.
Please help if you have a service, business, or talent you can
donate. Every item helps to make the auction a bigger success than
last year.
WE ARE STILL IN SEARCH OF A GREAT RAFFLE ITEM like a tropical
vacation or something in line with the auction theme. Any help
would be greatly appreciated. Contact Michelle Fischer or Dolores
Barton if you are able to help.
Thank you to all who have helped with donations , food, decorations,
PR., etc thus far. Your help and support are greatly appreciated!
Classroom baskets are due APRIL 15TH.
Keep your eyes open for ACS T-shirts to go on sale at S&S
Sports Store, hopefully next week!
Be watching for flyers coming home soon for the sale of rally
blankets. A must for those cold spring sports events and evenings.
