‘A Caribbean Soiree’ SILENT AUCTION!
(April 30, 2005)
Donations are actively being sought!! Volunteer packets are available
at the front office. Any questions should be directed to Michelle
Fisher (fishweb1@msn.com) or Kristi Cal (lorical@aol.com). Please
check the front bulletin board to sign up to volunteer for the
following committees: auction, decorating, PR, check-out, set-up
and tear down. NEXT SILENT AUCTION MEETING: FEBRUARY 7TH @ 4PM
IN THE SCIENCE ROOM
We still need donations! We have currently received the following
items:
PTO hosted “Dinner with a Teacher” $300 cash donation
Zoom Bleaching by Clock Tower Dental $25 gift certificate to
Dream Pastries
2 night w/e stay @ the Denver Marriott 2 - Party Lite candle
holder sets
3-wick Party Lite candle
Liquor donations needed, preferably from one of the new, local
liquor stores.
Flyers were sent out last week with information on the new Tyson
Project, which helps raise .24 per label for our school. Please
pick up information at the volunteer table.
The PTO is interested in sponsoring “Antiquities Portraits” in
February, with pictures arriving prior to Mothers Day. Students
and their families would be able to sit for the black and white
costume photos, which would make a great gift for Mothers and
Grandmothers. The PTO is needing 4 volunteers to organize the
project, with at least 3 people assisting during the day of the
photo shoot. Please email Mindy Whitworth (mindywhitworth@aol.com)
if you are interested in volunteering.
