Spanish project due_________. This project is designed to allow students to be creative and investigate some facts (at least 3) of the things that help determine a culture in society. At the same time, students will also become more fluent with some basic conversation starters. When they return to Spanish rotation in 6 weeks, they should have the questions learned/memorized with good Spanish responses.
One side should be written and practiced in Spanish. Students should be able to respond to the questions as I ask them before they start presenting information in English on the country=el paÍs
The other side has a list of ideas to investigate about the country of your student’s choice. Students can bring in food from their country but they should have the food part of the recipe translated to Spanish (even of Japanese food). Music won’t have to be translated. If a student is going to need to refrigerate or store any props before class, please make arrangements to bring things in the room after morning carpool before school starts.
Remember that adjective must agree with the noun it modifies---THINK GENDER AND NUMBER!!! I am available for students to see me during AA in the afternoons if they need help or want to practice. Gracias, Señora Barrette
